I've had chronic shoulder pain for years and have tried chiropractors and physical therapy with no relief. After one session with Michelle, I can tell an immediate improvement in range of motion. I have become used to feeling sharp pain when raising my arm above my head. After my session with Michelle I found myself wincing in anticipation of that pain when I raised my arm and to my surprise I realized that it didn't hurt nearly as much as before. I'm already looking forward to my next session. Thanks Michelle!

Michelle did a fantastic deep tissue massage on my teen who needed some muscle tension release from sports. Felt very comfortable and she was able to educate him on anatomy and importance of taking care of your body. Thank you!

After moving to Medford, I needed a go-to massage person for when I was in pain/discomfort. I am glad that Michelle was able to work the kinks out of my neck. I plan to keep her as my go-to person.
