I arrived late for my appointment, the receptionist asked me to wait a few minutes while she consulted with the doctor. She came back, led me to an examining room and asked me to wait a few more minutes. It was only a five minute wait. The doctor came in, we had a short interview. She examined my ears and asked if I had any comments or complaints.i said I had none. She took my hearing aids for a thorough cleaning, came back, put them in, and asked how everything felt. I told her all was well. It was an excellent visit.

Popped in unannounced today. My hearing aids wouldn’t pair and I couldn’t raise the volume. Both ladies were awesome, greeted me quickly and within 15 minutes I was good to go! Such great service. Thank you!
