Everyone, their was very kind, companionate and helpful. I felt my dog was in good hands. The staff stayed in touch with me and even sent pictures during my dogs stay. I was especially impressed by Courtney and Christine. Good communication.

My dog was very sick on a weekend so my regular vet was closed. We went here (thank goodness they have a walk in clinic open on the weekends).
The staff was very friendly and professional. The wait was a little long but I expected that. The doctor was very thorough and explained everything that was a possibility of cause of sickness and also the suggested treatment plan. I think the early intervention helped my dog bounce back quickly. I’m so glad we took our pup in there.

We are very happy with the care and service provided by VRC. Every has been very thorough, honest, and generous. We live just down the street and are very grateful to have such a wonderful clinic so close. The compassion really stands out for us. My wife and I both left at different times so impressed and feeling like our dog was on the best path forward. Jake was absolutely amazing. So personable and compassionate. Dr. Ellison was fantastic with explaining all of the information we needed to know. Starr was also wonderful. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with the care our dog received. The team was great with her and her 10 puppies. Aftercare instructions were clearly shared and the follow up calls/ check ins were appreciated. Dr. O'Connor was fabulous.

They were efficient and friendly at the VRCCO Urgent Care. Because I had called ahead, they got us in right away and the doctor knew our cat because she had previously worked with him through oncology at the East side location. She made us feel right at home. Dr. Bridget O'Connor

VRCCO staff and Dr. Ellison go above and beyond. My dog is not typically a fan of men nor of the vet but Dr. Ellison was patient with her and she warmed up to him within minutes. He was also extremely thoughtful and thorough when discussing symptoms and treatment options.

Dr. Ellison and the whole care team were great. They really cared about our dog and valued our time. I appreciated that we had multiple care options presented to us and how throughly Dr. Ellison and the team went through each plan. Everyone on that shift was wonderful. The whole experience was about as good as one can have for taking your dog to an Urgent Care Vet.

I have used this Veterinary service 3 times. The first time my dog, Max had severe diarrhea. The vet gave me probiotics for my dog but no drug to stop the diarrhea.

The second time I was referred by my vet because my dog, Lola had a cracked cornea. The vet wanted to operate but because my dog had renal failure, I thought it was too dangerous for her. The vet said she would look into an alternate treatment and get back to me. I never heard from her.

I just took my dog, Max to this vet because Max has been urinating in his sleep and drinking large quantities of water. When I arrived, there was no one else in the waiting room. In spite of that I did not see the vet for an hour. Then when my wife went to pick up the dog she had to wait a half hour to pick him up.
