Jake was super helpful and knowledgeable throughout the buying process. We knew we could count on him to answer any questions we had and he was always willing to take our call whenever we needed anything. Top notch service! I was inclined to go with some big box lender. So happy I didnt. Jake was available 24/7 to answer any/all of my questions. This was my first purchase so there were a ton of Q's. If Jake didnt know the answer he called me back after finding it. Super super helpful.
I have worked with Jake twice in the last couple of years. Both times he was very helpful, honest and made the process of refinancing our home very easy. I didn’t even contact another agency when we went to refinance again because my first experience with Jake was so good.
