Tamas is fantastic. After I hurt my back and spent weeeeks going to PT and acupuncture to fix a messed up disc/nerve issue, two appointments with Tamas and I was sleeping without painkiller for the first time in 2 months! It felt like a miracle.Note that this isn't a fluff-and-buff massage. This is therapeutic, fix what ails you kinda stuff. But the results speak for themselves: I'm back on my mountain bike just in time for the riding season and I give Tamas a lot of credit for it.Other positives:1. Fair price2. Punctual appointments3. He's funny! Always a good conversation.

Tamas' work has been the most effective deep tissue massage therapy I've received. I have several sports and construction injuries that have been with me for a long time. The fascial tissue around the muscles in these injury areas seem to have a memory and like to become bound up again over time, and even create new adjacent problem areas. Over time I've discovered that only careful, thorough, deep tissue massage can unbind these muscle areas. Tamas is one of the most gifted, effective massage therapists I’ve ever encountered. I cannot recommend his services enough and will absolutely be going back for more! Whether you’re an athlete or just need some fine-tuning, he’s the one to see.
