This place shows no where on Google that I saw that it was appointment only, in fact it shows they're open til 4. Had to drive all the way there to find out. Rather go to home depot, where I can look at buying floor without an appointment.

Worst Chinese floors on the market. If you have these in your home rip them out. They are known to have chemicals seeping from them. Theyve been recalled. They bought storage containers of them. Most of the new homes on the west side of bend have them in them. Check your builder paperwork if IFS supplied your flooring they are making you sick without you knowing it. Most arrogant people you will ever deal with. Steven the receptionist is a joke and the owner Ryan is ripping people off. Pull your floors or better yet make them do it.

I have done business with IFS for years. They have a great staff and offer a wide array of great products. IFS is very professional and never let me down. I highly recommend IFS....
