Large persian rug had quite a few party spills, with lotta coffee stains plus several large red wine stains. It needed cleaning before annual family reunion. Steve and his son, Sean, promised to pick it up on a Friday and return it the next Friday. They were right on time at 10:30 am for pickup. Called us a few days later & said rug was ready, would return it a day earlier than promised. They were right on time for delivery. Rug was like new: stains all gone, even the red wine spills. These guys are really good and do what they say they will do. The have a passion for excellence.
