I also have now been seeing Chris for a month. She makes me feel heard and cared for. Her presence is comforting and my nervous system relaxes every time I come in. I will fall asleep within minutes each time I receive acupuncture from her, and I walk out with significantly decreased pain and discomfort. She is extremely knowledgeable and skilled.

I had an incredible experience at Bend Center for Integrative Health and Wellness. The combination of acupuncture and Rolfing they offered was exactly what I needed. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Christabel took the time to understand my specific needs and created a tailored treatment plan that made a noticeable difference in my energy levels and overall well-being.
The Rolfing session with Manny was equally transformative. He was highly skilled and was able to release tension in areas I didn’t even realize were problematic. He kept making sure everything he was working on was not uncomfortable and he kept checking. I left feeling more balanced, with less pain and more mobility.
I highly recommend Bend Center for Integrative Health and Wellness to anyone looking to improve their health and achieve a deeper sense of relaxation and vitality. The team is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about your individual health journey. The office is a very clean and professional environment and that is something that is very important to me. I will definitely be back! Thank you guys again!!

Things went well when I first started going here, she seemed very attentive and knowledgeable at my first appointment. The first bad experience was when I showed up for my appointment and I had to wait for over 20min just for her to come in the room and tell me that she tried to call me to change the appointment, but I didn’t answer… she almost made it seem it was my fault. She was not apologetic at all. To top it off she gave me a horrible treatment and sent me out of there after only 20-30 min on the table. Even with my wait I was out of there in an hour. It seemed my appointments grew a bit shorter over time. It will be normal to be in and out in under an hour even with having to wait 15min to be seen.
During one of the sessions she was doing the electroshock therapy to me she and she started the machine at FULL strength(she had the power knobs twisted the wrong way)! This caused a painful jolt in my back. My lower back hurt much worse for a few weeks after and even still does sometime. Ironically this is one of the issues I went there for. I missed my follow up appointment, I even almost quit going at this point. I wish I did, but I figured everyone makes mistakes and I’d give her another shot. A large factor in my staying is her office is only two min away from where I live, I also didn’t feel like finding another acupuncturist. Upon my return I was appalled… she tried to charge me for my missed appointment even though I told her secretary i missed the appointment due to her tweaking my back. I contested this and they acted like they were doing me a favor for not charging me. The icing on the cake was my last session. I was in and out in about 45min and even though I started going there at least six months ago she thought it was appropriate to tell me that my insurance didn’t fully cover the first visit and I had to pay an extra 20$. To be clear I could care less about the 20$, it’s the principle. If there is an issue with billing you don’t wait to bring it up six months later and if it’s only 20$ you should just eat it due to it being your mistake. As the customer, I did nothing wrong. This is greedy and horrible business practice, I will not go there again.
I hopes in writing this review is that she learns to treat her customers with respect, she is a talented individual. She just needs to learn how to treat her customers fairly and needs to be more mindful during her sessions.
