The service there was awesome. But my glasses I've had like 4 months always in the case when I'm not wearing themand they have fine scratches all over the lens and I'm thinking is this poor quality?
My first experience at the Bend location of America’s Best was fantastic from start to finish. Every single person I encountered was friendly and professional. From the receptionist to the assistant, to the doctor, and finishing up the frame options and fitting. Kenda was particularly lovely. Definitely my new go-to place for eye care in Central Oregon.Side note: I also happen to know they were short staffed on this particular day, and they were still nothing but efficient and kind!
Emma was so sweet, helpful and very professional. I loved her snakebite piercings and it made me feel like I wasn’t in a stuffy sterile office. She made me feel so relaxed before seeing the doctor and I greatly appreciate her!
