Tanasbourne Ulta store is usually a good store for makeup, however today was less than the usual trip. I was disappointed. The store lacked items, shelves were empty, makeup was disorganized or missing, some of the hardened powders were broken, lipstick stains, all the perfumes were locked. I am not sure what is going on with this store but I won’t be back for a while.

I bought olaplex No.4P Blonde Enhancer Toning Shampoo (purple toning shooo) twice there for the same costs as the company and it is not the same quality compared to buying it straight from Olaplex. The color and texture is different. The first time I bought it from Ulta after getting it directly from Olaplex, it started turning my blonde green toned when applying rather than purple. I instantly washed it out and threw it away. I bought the shampoo directly from Olaplex afterwards. Later on I thought I would give Ulta another chance because I assumed it was just a one time mix up in quality. My wife’s favorite store.A lot of make up products available at reasonable prices .Clean restrooms and friendly staff.Top notch make up store with all the good brands and saloon in it.
