We started working with Rent Portland Home Professionals for our rental property 8 months ago. Our experience with them has been great! We've had our house rented out with Rent Portland Homes Professionals for 2 years. It has been a pleasure working with Sarah in contracts, Bella in accounting and Caitlin in Maintenance. They all handled all our concerns and house fixes in a prompt and professional way. Communication is straight; their recommendations work. We are happy to recommend them.
We had two tours set up for Saturday morning scheduled 1 hour apart from each other. We responded to their confirmation texts stating we would be present for both. We received a voicemail just after 10am Saturday stating that one of the properties we were supposed to see was rented; we then also got two email notifications that both of our tours were cancelled. I tried clarifying if both properties had been rented or if we would still have a showing a showing for the other property via text message but received no response.
