We had two tours set up for Saturday morning scheduled 1 hour apart from each other. We responded to their confirmation texts stating we would be present for both. We received a voicemail just after 10am Saturday stating that one of the properties we were supposed to see was rented; we then also got two email notifications that both of our tours were cancelled. I tried clarifying if both properties had been rented or if we would still have a showing a showing for the other property via text message but received no response. We have been leasing our home with RPH Homes for several years. The entire RPH property management team have been very responsive, courteous and professional. Their vendors are knowledgeable, professional and have performed our home maintenance repairs in a timely and thorough manner. Their online system (monthly rental payments, lease renewals, maintenance requests, property information, etc.) is convenient, easy to use and efficient. PJ was Awesome! She took care of what we needed fixed and also looked at the garage door for us! Exceptional customer service. Hard to find that these days! Kaitlyn is also so delightful on the phone! Highly recommend them!!
