Thomas was very efficient in a timely manner. He tooke the time to explain his process so I could understand the job. I felt the price was very reasonable. Thomas has excellent customer service skills also. In the future I will use Pro Drain & Rotet Service.

I called yesterday to see about having someone come out and check the drains on a basement sink and toilet. We are remodeling and our contractor suggested that it would be a good idea. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they could come out today between 9 and 11. Austin arrived about 10:15. What a pleasant young man. He was very careful not to knock the walls of the small bathroom with his equipment and was quickly done. The price was reasonable and I know if we need plumbing services in the future, we won't hesitate to call Pro Drain.
