Used Pacific NW Restoration for my home insurance claim. Everything was great. Chris, Justin, Kevin, and Alex with mitigation were professional and always called ahead of when they were arriving. I'm currently working with Bryan for the rebuild portion and so far so good.

I needed emergency mold removal and they were able to provide just that. within the first call, they were able to get a team out within 1 hour. In a very panicky situation they were able to put my mind at ease! I also live in an HOA where the mold was within a shared space, so the HOA should be covering the cost, however if you know anything about HOA's, they complicate things. Robert was able to offer me great advice for dealing with them. And they put together a very thorough documentation package for the HOA to review with their findings. 10/10 experience!

We received top-notch service from PNW Restoration on our attic mold remediation job. We were working on a very short timeline and they made sure we were taken care of. Robert was very friendly, helpful, and responsive with scheduling the appointment and Juan and his team did a fantastic job removing the mold and making the boards look like new wood. Highest recommendation.
