Couldn’t even schedule an appointment for my dog, I was looking for options and came across this clinic on google, but the lady that answered the phone was just rude to me. I asked for the price of a rabies shot and she said they didn’t disclose that information (which was odd because I had just seen a review saying they did) when I apologized and asked for an estimate she said they were “definitely among the higher ones around here”. Confused I just said oh okay, to which she responded by saying thank you goodbye and proceeded to hang up. I understand if a clinic can’t disclose prices but kinder customer service for possible new clients would be appreciated. :/

Dr. Smith and Jennie are absolutely amazing with my dogs! Both of my pets are very anxious about doctor visits and travel, but the personal care and patience they provide make all the difference. They take the time to ensure my dogs feel comfortable and safe, which eases the stress for both my pets and me. Their compassion and professionalism truly stand out—I couldn’t ask for better care!
