This review is also my testimony. Living with chronic pain can feel like an oxymoron. It is a very humbling, lonely place that occupies your body as well as your mind. It distresses people to hear about it, so you try your level best to hide it, smile and be pleasant. You try to overcome and “think positive” but what’s going on inside is simply incongruent. You can’t think it away, just learn to cope. My body had become bound up as a result of mind-bending chronic pain, fibromyalgia and other health issues. Dr. Richmond asked lots of questions. I felt like he listened to me as we talked through what was causing the pain. He was then very thorough in his examination. We also talked about long term solutions as well as addressing how to help reduce the pain immediately.
The entire 7-11 staff on 125th highly recommended Dr. Richman, and I always trusted personal recommendations.
I had horrible sciatic nerve pain and on Monday at 10am, I dropped into the office, hoping that I could be seen soon, but knowing it would be highly unlikely.
Dr. Richman was finishing up with a client, acknowledged me immediately and I only had to wait about 5 minutes. It was so great to talk directly to him, as opposed to try to schedule with someone else.
He was booked, but asked me if I could do 6:15pm that day!!! I jumped at the chance.
