You couldn’t ask for a better realtor then Ruby Berry . She was like an answer to my prayers. Every time a new listing came up , she contacted us right away and got us in to see the home. We got outbid twice before we finally got our new home. Each time Ruby was writing the offers as soon as we were done looking and had them in the very same day. While looking, Ruby pointed things out about the properties that we needed to be aware of. When our last offer was finally excepted, she was gathering info and setting up well inspections and house inspections and giving me numbers for things I needed to do. By far, Ruby is the best realtor in Bandon! She is so sweet and easy to work with. She made appropriate suggestions for the sale of our commercial building, she was immediately responsive to our every question and definitely knew what she was doing. She sold our building with no trouble at all and was quick on getting all of the paperwork done and signed. I would highly recommend Ruby and will definitely be using her for our next purchase or sale.

Ruby is fantastic!! I was looking for a home which needed to meet a very specific criteria. She contacted me any time something became available that might work. It took nine months for the PERFECT home to become available. Because she was so efficient I had a bid in the first week. When I had to relocate out of state, Ruby had my home sold almost before it was listed.I couldn't have asked for better. And to top it off she is one of the sweetest people I have met!
