I want to thank everyone at Aumsville Animal Clinic, especially on the urgent care side. Dr. Morrow was the best veterinarian we could have asked for. We had to say goodbye to our dog Charlie yesterday. She was so compassionate and said so many things that helped us, and she explained everything we needed and wanted to know. The whole staff was so supportive, including one tech/nurse who took the time to comfort me when I couldn’t stop crying. You took an agonizing experience and treated our dog and our hearts with compassionate loving support. I am so thankful that Charlie spent his last hours in your clinic, knowing tenderness and love. First time with a new puppy. They were very friendly and treated my puppy very well. Answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the care plan we are implementing.
