Been a great experience so far! For people who feel out of their element in gym settings I highly recommend this place. There's a lot of equipment perfect for people who come in solo to use, and if you enjoy working out with others there are some free classes people can take. Theres a lot of options for classes, trainers and recovery options. My favorite part of the facility would have to be the movie room! The movie room is such a great motivator for an afterworkout treat.

I’ve been working with Don Alcalde since Feb 2020, best personal trainer by far! Their app is a great supplement to the personal training. Don has put my workouts into the app so I have all my workouts at my fingertips no matter where I travel!

My Physiq experiences are generally awesome. There is a camaraderie among attendees that gives one a sense of Community, which gives incentive to keep returning.My only complaints regard others not wiping down their equipment after their use. Then there is the music, which I typically enjoy, is at times too loud. Overall, Physiq and it's location has been the best thing to happen to East Albany. Thank you, Physiq!
