The people here were so unbelievably helpful, calm and understanding. I was so nervous to deal with planning these services, and they made everything so simple and did so with patience and empathy. Communication and documents were clear and extremely timely. I am so thankful for Guinevere and Dustin for everything they did for my family during this hard time, thank you so much!
We had a very positive experience at AAsum- Dufour Funeral Home. ALL due to Guinevere Jones. She went above and beyond to provide great customer service, balancing compassion with the business of funeral arrangements. We were stunned that she was able to accomplish getting the death certificates and the cremains so expeditiously. Especially since we were here on a limited time (travel from California). She is very professional and knowledgeable, answered every question and concern. She deserves a 5 star rating!
AAsum-DuFour handled the arrangements for my late wife's sudden passing. Guinevere was our assigned director. This is my first experience working with Guinevere, and let me tell you, her compassion, thoughtfulness, and knowledge of the process was so appreciated by be, and my family. This was a tragic event, and Guinevere made the process smooth and as painless as possible. She was of course very professional, but in addition to that (an most important in my opinion) you could tell that she cared deeply about what she does. Her compassion is genuine. AAsum-Dufour is an excellent funeral home, and it gets that reputation from directors like Guinevere.
