AAsum-Dufour Funeral Home went above and beyond in caring for my uncle’s arrangements. Guinevere and the entire team were compassionate, communicative, and truly supportive throughout the process. Their kindness made a difficult time feel a little lighter, and I’m deeply grateful for the respect and care they showed our family.
The people here were so unbelievably helpful, calm and understanding. I was so nervous to deal with planning these services, and they made everything so simple and did so with patience and empathy. Communication and documents were clear and extremely timely. I am so thankful for Guinevere and Dustin for everything they did for my family during this hard time, thank you so much!
We had a very positive experience at AAsum- Dufour Funeral Home. ALL due to Guinevere Jones. She went above and beyond to provide great customer service, balancing compassion with the business of funeral arrangements. We were stunned that she was able to accomplish getting the death certificates and the cremains so expeditiously. Especially since we were here on a limited time (travel from California). She is very professional and knowledgeable, answered every question and concern. She deserves a 5 star rating!
