Wonderful customer service, staff here are very caring and treat customers very well. We have been visiting every couple weeks to pick up food for our 16 year old Minature Pinser. He passed away a few days ago and we went in yesterday to see if he was on his free bag and he was one away, so we purchased the last bag and got the free one as well and donated them both in his honor. We will continue to shop here!

Love the experience using the grooming/bath station! It is a nice private room with the tub, blow dryer, different shampoos and conditioners, and a rubber brush to help suds the pups. The different shampoos and conditioners were inclusive of sensitive skin, deshedding, and whitening. As simple as it is, the hose has an attachment for the soap to be dispensed from which is amazing if you can't reach over the dog to lather or need a quick rinse. They had a squeegee there that was helpful for keeping the floor mostly dry (I just swept any water to the floor drain). Fast and friendly service....employees are there to greet you as you walk into the store....ready to help you immediately....lots if stock plenty to chose from whatever you need....lots of parking....if you need help they will carry product out for you to your vehicle....
