Michael was very thorough and professional in his initial assessment. He listened, assessed and gave his professional judgment on some areas to focus on both today and moving forward. The RMT that was scheduled to do my massage canceled last minute due to a personal injury. Sarah called to tell me. When I told her how much pain I was in, she offered to add me to the end of her day. Her empathy and commitment to her chosen profession are evident.
