I had my whole top floor dont and have nothing but great things to say about not only Kevin but also the amazing job he did. Highly recommend on time floor sanding for anyone who is looking to get some work done. This business has it all awesome guy, awesome price, awesome work and even gets the job done efficiently!!!!! Ok, so we bought a 1974 raised ranch in forest glade. Narrow board oak floor, in pretty rough shape. We remodeled and even removed a wall meaning the floor would need to be patched. Guy " LA Floor" did an amazing job with the patch, can't even find it, and I know where it is. They then sanded down the floors, stained a beautiful dark ebony and sealed the floor with 4 coats of premium varnish. Kevin gave me an excellent price and did a fanatic job. His team was polite and friendly. No issues whatsoever. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have your floors done.Area completed- living & dining room, hallway, stairs and 2 bedrooms. Entire job completed in 4 days.

Kevin does fantastic work. He has always been my reliable guy to go to and I will definately rcommend him to all my friends! He works fast, but efficient and is always honest with his best opinion to get my floors looking fantastic!
