This was the WORST nail experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. I showed the girl a picture of what I wanted and she did not even get close to what the picture was. I told her I didn’t like what she did; she said she’d fix it and she never even did anything different; she also gave me the tude when I asked her to fix it. I paid $70 for my nails and I literally wanted to rip them off. THEN I had to go to another nail salon to get them fixed which costed another $45 (shout out to Tommy nails) for fixing my nails and giving me what I wanted :)Will not be going back, ever

Today, I went to amour nail place at Devonshire Mall which I made an appointment for 1 pm I got there at 12:50 the lady was not there the manager said she will be 30 minutes late, and to walk around the mall so I’m like ok ….i came back to the store at 1:35. The manager kept on calling the nail tech and she was not answering all the way from 1:30 to 2:10 he was so embarrassed that he went in the back and then these workers were yapping in their language and looking at me which is so annoying and disrespectful……. I grabbed my jacket purse and walked out feeling so disrespected I will never go there again

I’m new to Windsor and have been trying a new different places for nails. On Sunday 7/1 I went to this place. My nails are breaking already. I went back on Tuesday to get it fixed and by Thursday the colour started coming off again. When I went back to fix it on Tuesday, there were more than 1 nail that needed to be fixed but the technician said “it’s your nail problem, I can’t fix it”. I have been doing my nails for years but I’ve never heard that before.
