Decided to give them a call after reading all the great reviews. And let me now add to them. These calls are never easy to make especially during one of the most difficult times in our lives. I spoke with Lucas who couldn't have been more professional, knowledgeable and most importantly...kind and empathetic. He made this process so much easier than I anticipated and at a price that actually shocked me on how reasonable without compromising the entagrady of my Dad who just wanted to keep it simple.Definitely recommend 10/10

Dealt with Lucas and I can say he is a God-send and a light in a very dark time when my husband and I needed this company's services. Everything was timely, explained clearly, very dignified. Communication with Lucas was very smooth and we were very confident things were being done as we expected and as Lucas has conveyed to us. I wish we met under different circumstances but we would definitely recommend Cremation First and Lucas to anyone. Lucas is very hands-on, empathetic and straightforward.

I cannot recommend Cremation First enough… Lucas is absolutely amazing!! His professionalism, knowledge, compassion, accommodating attitude as well as superior care of my mother were outstanding. While every loved one’s passing is tragic/devastating, our situation was exceptionally chaotic and Lucas navigated the fluidity and dysfunction with ease and grace; he was the calm of the storm.
