I recently revisited Fame with some trepidation due to a less-than-ideal experience during my last appointment. However, I am pleased to say that my concerns were thoroughly addressed, and the salon has won back my trust.

Upon arriving, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist. The manager, Carmen, took the time to speak with me personally, demonstrating genuine concern and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Carmen styled my hair and was very professional and attentive. He listened carefully to my preferences and the end result was fantastic. My hair was styled beautifully. I appreciated the receptionist and manager's evident improvement in the salon's overall service standards.

In addition to the excellent hair service, the salon offered a complimentary treatment as a goodwill gesture, which I found to be a thoughtful touch. This extra effort to make amends did not go unnoticed.

Overall, I am very impressed with how Fame handled my concerns and turned a negative experience into a highly positive one. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and professional excellence is commendable. Only the second time I went back to get a haircut from Stanley (again). He remembered my previous haircut and patiently heard what I wanted. I have wavy/curly Indian hair and asked for a short layered bob type of cut. He took the time to cut and always gives recommendations for hair care. The place is clean and all the staff are friendly.
Highly recommend!

Went to fame for the second time and got Ben both times and the experience was amazing. Not only is Ben very knowledgeable in everything hair, he also walks you through what he's doing and gives you little tips and tricks for hair care. Would absolutely go again to Ben!

I had a haircut by Stanley on April 17th 2024. This is without a doubt the best haircut I've ever gotten. Stanley listened to my requests for my hair, and he also used his hair expertise to create a hair style that truly suits my face and hair. As he said, we worked together, creating my perfect style. He also showed me step-by-step how to blow dry, style and use products correctly. This was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back for all my future hair needs.
