Sue did an incredible job with my hair! She was very friendly, listened carefully to what I wanted, and absolutely delivered. She fixed my hair beautifully and made the whole experience so comfortable. Highly recommend her—I’ll definitely be back!

I had a very negative experience at Hair Fitness on March 14, 2026 at around 12:00 PM.
When I arrived for my haircut, I waited about 20 minutes before the stylist, Azeeza, started the appointment. During the interaction, she said something that was extremely concerning:
“I took time away from my schedule to cut your hair, because the other hairstylists will not take in Indians or Pakistanis.”
Hearing a statement like that was shocking and deeply offensive. No customer should feel discriminated against because of their ethnicity.
Before this visit, I had a good opinion of Hair Fitness, but after this experience I cannot recommend this place. I hope management takes this situation seriously and ensures that all customers are treated with respect and professionalism regardless of their background. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this salon, particularly to Indian, Pakistani, or other brown customers.

The place is decent and service is also good. I have been there many times.. But recently When I call they are not picking calls. Is there any other way to book appointment ? I am trying to reach them from 2 days to avoid going without appointment..

We have been regular customers at this location for many, many years. Our regular hairdresser is Stephanie. She is always upbeat, does a fabulous job everytime, whether a cut, colour or more. The other staff are friendly and professional too.The place is clean, it is a great location with lots of parking.
