Wait times seem to be getting worse and worse. I arrived 10 min after opening and only 5-6 ppl ahead of me but spent 90 mins in lobby before they moved me to waiting room. My previous visit, I spent nearly 2 hrs waiting to get a travel vaccine then waiting another hour to get them to give me the shot. I know walk-in wait times can be bad everywhere, but it feels like they're not even trying anymore. At least everyone is extremely polite and friendly.

This doctors office never answers their phone or their voicemails, you have to literally drive in to the clinic if you have any questions/concerns. This is absolutely ridiculous, just please put someone at the front desk that can actually competently respond to and answers phone in a professional and timely manner.

Unprofessional reception service. They never pick up the call, voice mail always remains full, and when you send an email, response never comes after 24 hours or on time. If someone is checking the review, I would urge to simply activate the phone call and place someone who can take calls, very much disappointing health care service, you are least care for the patient.
