‼️CHECK THE PICTURES‼️ Someone named Joe i’m assuming head staff or owner, sent two staffs to clean our new home we just moved into. All we needed done was kitchen deep cleaning (for the appliances, which they didn’t do), deep clean each bathroom, clean surfaces like the mirror etc (which they left foggy and not clean) and to clean the edges/ crevice of the wall. which they didn’t do properly, matter of fact… they didn’t do it at all. they took almost 4 hours just to clean one bed room and bathroom. And they had 3 more bedrooms and kitchen and staircase and appliances and surface cleaning to go, we wondering how they would do it in the short span of time, but they rushed it and did an awful work. I WOULDN’T use their services again, I would give one star if i could. Staff did absolutely nothing, NOTHING, NOT A DAMN THING. if this is what you call cleaning might as well not make this a service to begin with because anyone can do a simple cleaning, but we asked for DEEP CLEANING, and they didn’t do that, AT ALL!

Jeff just left my house and I am very happy with his work. Joe was also very attentive and reliable to make sure everything went smoothly after just one initial phone call. Will be booking a monthly service and may even consider more often in the near future

I usually do not write reviews, but because my decision to hire this company was based on their very high reviews, I thought it important to share my horrible experience. I wish I were exaggerating how bad it was. I have never hired cleaners before, but I am 8 months pregnant and decided to hire a company to help me deep clean the house. I hired this company a week in advance, Joe was responsive, and we set up an 8:30am start time on Friday for a deep clean with 2 cleaners, 4 hours, $450+tax. I was told they would bring their own cleaning supplies and equipment. The cleaners (male and female) came on time, but it took 20 minutes on Google translate to communicate that I wanted the baseboards, door frames, blinds, etc. cleaned. Also, I tried to communicate that many parts of the house were already cleaned as we had renovated several areas, such as the main bathroom.
They started with the main bed and bath, and I was appalled to see they did not appear to have ever cleaned before (especially the female). Below I will outline only a few examples of how this team was not cleaning my house. I got concerned when he did not know how to start the central vacuum (which is standard), I had to ask him to move items and not clean (vacuum and mop) around them, he used the metal vacuum piece (without vacuum extension) on my hardwood floors, the hardwood extension was used on my carpet and when I gave her the carpet extension she vacuumed a small area in strange circles then did not finish the room. They used a small gallon bucket with two inches of water that was not changed once, and I did not see them bring or use any soaps or detergents (I would have gladly given them my cleaning supplies). It took almost 1h 45min to complete just the main bedroom and bath (all that the main bath required was a clean on the floor, shower, and tub). I watched as the woman wiped one foot area of the door frame (with the same dirty water), threw the rag once towards the top part of the frame, as if that would clean anything, then move on to the second bathroom. The final straw was when I went into the second bathroom and found the woman using the same small bucket with the same 2 inches of water and no detergent to clean the sink, vanity and toilet. When I asked what soap she was using, she pointed to my Bath and Body Works foam hand soap!! At this point I asked them to leave. They gathered their small bucket, mop and the only cleaning supplies they brought (two bottles of Windex) and left. When I reviewed their work, nothing was cleaned. Toilet and bathtub not cleaned, blinds and baseboards not dusted, carpet still had cat hair, etc.
I contacted Joe several times throughout the two hours to inform him about all that was going on, and while he was apologetic, he informed me he was confused as this team got 60-70% of his excellent reviews. Which was baffling to me. He offered to send another team on Sunday, but that would not work for me as I had timed the cleaning to occur before my carpets were to be professionally cleaned. Joe did not offer any further compensation or to correct this calamity in any way. I then called my 75 year old parents to help my 8 month pregnant self reclean everything they touched (my husband helped when he got home from work), and do the job I thought I hired this company to do.

Great and accommodating service. The team was kind and did an incredible job. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Jeff and Miki did an amazing job. They are thorough and meticulous. No corner was missed. Everything in my house sparkled. Joe is the consummate professional. He checked in to see how the job was going and offered up some great suggestions for future services. It’s obvious he cares about his clients and appreciates feedback. I highly recommend this company.
