Best Service Repair Centre! First of all its a family business and everyone is super friendly and nice. They provide a lot of information and updates. My laptop got fixed perfectly and they really tried their best to get it fixed. Very appreciative with their effort and helping out. Thank you
I have been using WinMac for years and can’t say enough about them. Very friendly people, great quality service, very reasonable prices, especially compared to what I would pay at the Apple Store. I had to get a keyboard replaced once because the keys were worn down. I had a hardware issue they resolved and then a battery replaced. I know some people might think they need to go to the Apple Store because they’re worried about somebody else working on their MacBook, but I’ve saved hundreds of dollars in the process with very personalized service because you’re not surrounded by dozens or hundreds of customers.
I dropped my 2018 MacBook Air and it entered a boot loop. It turned out to be physical damage to the motherboard and SSD. Fred and Ary and the team at WinMac recovered all of my data using a combination of software tools and physical access to the SSD and other damaged components. It was a very delicate operation, but I'm pleased to report I'm writing this from my new machine, fully restored from the Time Machine backup they extracted. They will get all of my future business.
