This is my second time going to this Salon, and I literally LOVE what they have done in both visits, specially this last time. I wanted something discrete but pretty for a wedding and they nailed it.

I used to come here all the time when it first opened, however given that friends/family coincidently ended up with infections after receiving services , I chose not to risk it & went elsewhere. Fast forward to 6-8 years later, I decide to give it a try in hopes that my experience might be different & things may have changed. Firstly, they are ridiculously expensive for absolutely no good reason, however if my service is done very well & I leave happy, I can swallow the price difference from other salons. Pro’s: walk-ins are usually accommodated fairly quickly, staff is friendly and price is fairCon’s: The owner always seems to be in a rush, doesn’t listen.This is the 2nd time I’ve went in and asked for waxing and where they waxed areas I didn’t ask for. Last time this happened I explained I didn’t ask for waxing in that area and was still charged. This time I wasn’t charged for said area but charged full price for rest. Even after explaining this is the 2nd time you’ve done this and im unhappy. To me that’s poor customer service and with so many other nail salons in the area a good reason for me not to return.
