I have been going to Jesse for the past 15 years and he has always exceeded my expectations. His quality and attention to detail is amazing and always goes beyond and above when it comes to tattooing.The facility is extremely clean and spacious with private rooms. He also spends time educating you with the proper aftercare steps to ensure that your tattoo stays clean and looking its best!I highly recommend Jesse and Red9ine to anybody looking for a tattoo shop!
