Been coming to LA Fitness Yonge and Sheppard for the last 2 years and I can’t say enough positive things about this gym. From the amazing and friendly staff to the overall maintenance of the facility, everything is top notch - like if a machine is out of service it will literally only take a day for it to be serviced and fixed. I’ve been to many other locations in Toronto and the US and it will always feel like home here.

Working out is my outlet and coping mechanism. It means the most to me and thus it was so important to have staff who helped me navigate the machines and my account while making me feel comfortable. It can be intimidating joining a new gym but one of the staff, Kyra, helped me and made me feel comfortable in this new environment. She motivated me to come to the gym every day and I probably would've been less committed without her service.
