Technician Patrick did amazing work. He diligently changed all the natural gas connections , water lines , pvc pipes and adjusted as per my needs to make my basement space bigger and more efficient and he did all this following the city code and regulations. It’s been almost a week now and the tankless water heater is working great. Thanks for the efforts and amazing service

A technician named Malek came out a few days ago and we are so pleased with his service. Not only was he very knowledgeable, he was very respectful, honest and skilled. Although he was here to do a maintenance, he fixed a lot of issues we were having and the unit is running better than it ever has. My family and I are very pleased with our service. I will definitely be having Empower Home Comfort install our next hvac equipment.
