We chose Empower based on strong recommendations and were initially impressed. Sal, the salesperson, was responsive and informative during the quoting process, even following up regularly to secure our business. We agreed on a system and were happy with the price and service—until installation day.
When the crew arrived on Sunday morning, I noticed the indoor units were not what had been quoted and were of lower quality.
