The gentleman was professional, polite and straight forward. We managed to schedule some dates and times, chose one, and the technician called ahead of time to confirm his arrival, was on time and executed the repair with a full explanation and assurance they stand behind their repair. I called East Liberty Appliance Repair when my dishwasher stopped draining. The technician arrived a bit later than scheduled but was very knowledgeable and quickly identified the issue. The repair was done efficiently, and the price was fair. My dishwasher works great now, and I’d definitely use their services again, though I hope they improve their punctuality.
