Drain 1 did an amazing job! We upgraded our water line from lead, added a backwater valve and installled a sump pump over two days. The crew were very hard working to dig down to the line quickly, and did a quality install job. They also coordinated with the city for rebates so I did not have to apply. I got quotes from 2 other companies who were more money and would cause more damage to my front yard. I will use them again
The main drain pipe out of our house in North York suddenly clogged in the middle of the night and threatened to back up sewage into the basement. We called Drain 1 and I was amazed that they were able to get someone here in under half an hour. After some troubleshooting, they were able to diagnose the problem. Ultimately, most of the drain line from the exterior wall of the house to the property line had to be replaced. Drain 1 had a whole team working on it first thing the following morning. We had a very positive experience with Drain 1 in fixing a leak in our kitchen copper pipes. The plumber (Yaro) who completed the job was professional, efficient, and hard working.
