It was my first-ever experience with Canadian walk-in clinics, and I was very stressed as before I read about lots of negative experiences with the medical system here.However, I'm very happy about my experience: all the employees were very kind and friendly, and they executed their job responsibilities even more than 100%. I'm talking about two receptionists (sorry, I don't know their names), Dr. Spring, and a pharmacist, Mr. Simon.
Like with most things in life, your experience will depend on who you meet. This place has friendly and helpful staff, and Dr.Friedman is a very good doctor with a helpful demeanor. However, the other doctor, Dr.Uhlig, has the bedside manner of a Rottweiler. If he was some genius I could let it slide, but he is unpleasant, rude, and unsympathetic. You should avoid the latter doctor and seek counsel from anyone else.
I first went to this clinic in 2011. I have never had a bad experience at this Walk-In Clinic. It's fast, the staff and Doctors are very friendly. Never an issue providing sick notes for work when requested.
