Very weak management and each employee seems not responsibility. I booked for one day and they confirmed then suddenly employee didn't show up. This caused me so much frustration since I had visitors.

the manager who said that also the owner has a very very unprofessional manner. He always shout at his staffs and never know how to appreciate for the good things did for his company. didnt think the welfare of the staffs and doesnt care to the customers' feedback.

I've never used cleaners before, but used City Maids for an end of tenancy clean. The price was competitive, Susan arrived promptly on the day, and the job was done very well. The landlord was a tough cookie, but even she admitted they'd done a good job!
