I have been going to this cleaner for nearly 25 yrs - they are my "go to", I have never found anywhere better! Friendly, honest, accommodating and always do their best. A real gem in the neighbourhood!

The day I dropped my suit off for dry cleaning, two of the sleeve buttons broke off. Without being asked, and without already low price increasing, Better Way cleaned my suit in just a few days AND replaced the buttons. 10/10 service and quality

I think they're overall really good. Prices are definitely amazing for GTA and you can usually collect your clothes in less than two whole days. Always clean, always smelling good. Only four stars because I'm unsatisfied with how the clothes are pressed. It feels rushed. Oftentimes, there are still some wrinkles left or even completely new ones. My trousers weren't pressed all the way up to the hemline, which is why the crease looks super weird now. My grandma operated a dry cleaning service for pretty much over five decades and she said that this is usually a beginner's mistake, so I'm kinda startled.
