They have very, very pleasant employees. The prices are reasonable too, I thought.You can just tell when you've entered a business where the employees sincerely enjoy coming to work. (At a city dump of all places...Lol... who'd a thunk it, eh!?) ? ???
It's good to dump stuff. They work normal hours and all staff are helpful and friendly. Even help you to reverse into the dump lane. One thing is annoying is the safety barrier is too high, I wish I could just reverse close above the bin and just slide things off my truck. But the barrier is in the way
I had the pleasure of having a job to do in st catharines and had to go to this facility often for the last few days.. I met 3 wonderful people (Laura, Rob and tanya) that helped me through out my job of the removal of my junk .. they were patient, professional and just amazing to be around.. will definitely use this facility again
