My husband had an appointment at Shouldice clinic down the street, which meant my son and I had to find something to keep ourselves busy. We stumbled upon this spa which was tucked away in a cute little area next to a grocery store and a café. Upon walking in, the staff were very friendly and kind. This was my son’s first experience in a spa. He requested a manicure and asked for 2 colours: pink and blue. As this was his first ever manicure, the nail technician was so gentle and continuously checked-in to ensure he was comfortable. Sandalwood Spa is a wonderful retreat where the staff always greets you with a warm, welcoming smile. The spa services are exceptional, a perfect way to relax, unwind, and truly disconnect from the everyday. We experienced the facial pore cleansing and reflexology massage, and both were absolutely amazing! Huge thanks to Lisa, Celine, Mona, and Maria for making our visit so special! :) Thank you!

I had such a wonderful experience at this nail salon — truly a Thornhill gem! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the space was. It even smelled fresh and inviting, which really added to the relaxing atmosphere.
My appointment started right on time, which I really appreciated. No waiting around! April was my nail technician, and she was absolutely fantastic. Warm, friendly, and professional — she made me feel welcome right away. My manicure and pedicure turned out beautifully, and she paid great attention to detail throughout.
