Thomas Hein is an extremely knowledgeable and empathetic practitioner who listens to his patient’s concerns, symptoms and current health conditions with compassion and understanding. He has a very deep understanding of the human body and what it needs to function properly. His treatments are tailored to your individual needs and he is not afraid to treat complex cases that involve multiple ailments and or chronic illnesses. I became a patient of Thomas’ when I was desperately looking for help for neuropathy in my feet due to complications with Lyme disease and co-infections. After many trips to the ER due to the excruciating pain that then landed me in a wheelchair for over two months, Thomas was the only practitioner willing to take me on and with a positive outlook for my future. He was incredibly kind, gentle, and understanding. He took his time when treating me and explained why things were happening and how he was going to work on my body to regain my abilities and independence again. He reassured me as many times as I needed and never made me feel as though my symptoms were “ in my head”. I consider myself very fortunate to have been referred to Thomas and am happy to report that I am well on my way to recovery, out of that wheelchair and regaining more and more of my independence everyday.

I’ve been to a lot of physiotherapists over the years. Thomas is the only physiotherapist that has ever treated my problems at the root of the issue. The problems are not just fixed for now, but fixed for the long term. He understands why the problem occurs so that he can treat the reasons causing the pain. Also, Monica is an excellent massage therapist. This is the best clinic I have ever been to and I recommend it to everyone!
