True North Athletic Centre - CrossFit

Tried Crossfit for the first time about a year ago and I'm really enjoying it. Brad is a dedicated business owner and a solid coach... he takes time to ensure his clients get the proper advice and encouragement. The people at the box are great with a wide range of skill levels, always challenging and encouraging each other to get gains but most importantly to have fun. Sarah (physio therapist at the facility) is also great - helped me with a hamstring injury (from soccer). Highly recommend this gym.

You can’t find a better place. The coaches are fantastic. The “family” is great and the results are going to happen. If you have never tried CrossFit, let this be your first stop on the journey to the new you.

What a great place to be the best you can be! With their positive encouragement, programming and coaching staff this makes it my number one place to workout. After a workout I feel good inside and out!
