Dr. Cote is very easy to talk to and understanding. He listens to concerns and has treated mental and physical problems wt in my family. He's great with my children and can relate because he has children of his own. And he gets right to the point wtout rushing you out...

I have noticed at times the front desk workers appear unfriendly and impatient. perhaps they are busy IDK. this was not my experience the last time I was there though. maybe a change in staff or the person to whom I am referring to was not working. I have Dr. Nizerro at my family Dr. and I have zero complaints with him as my doctor at this time.
