We have relied on FW Furness for many years. Our home was built in the late 1800s and although solid, has many typical old house challenges maintenance-wise, especially when it has three separate furnaces. Steve, the business owner, and his professional team Seth, Kevin, Jeff, Alec, Sherry, Robin, and Tyler have always provided exceptional service and an in-depth knowledge of how to fix existing issues when fixable, and recommend feasible alternate solutions when not fixable. What's the odds...in the middle of a heat wave...that our air would quit?? LolI called Furness and I wasn't hopeful that they would be able to come that day...I was put on a list and dreaded the thought of an airless weekend.But...a cpl hrs later I received a call and they were sending a tech!!He came and he was awesome and he got us up and running..Many thanks guys! ..your customer service is excellent!!Service: A/C system repair

We had an emergency when an exterior pipe broke. Steve came, assessed and returned to fix the problem.He has dealt with our plumbing issues in a timely, efficient and professional manner. Would highly recommend.
