I've been going here for a few years now. I was struggling with dry, broken, and uneven lenght hair. Kimberly helped me figure out what my hair needed. Now my hair is even and healthy. I go here about twice a year (probably should do 3-4 times)

Chantal is absolutely amazing!!!
She cut my hair exactly how I wanted and styled it beautifully. Two days later and may hair still looked like I'd just been to the salon. Definitely going back

Last week I had foils, was to have had a hair cut and blow dry.
I had the foils, the hair cut consisted of taking 2 inches of the ends and making curly hair blunt ends, there was no layering, no attempting to cut some of the damage out. My hair was blown out straight, straightened with an iron then the big curls put in the hair.
This all cost $197.00 dollars. I am unable to wash my hair as it so matted that I can not wash shampoo through it.
I have made an appointment with another hair salon explained the situation to them and they saw what my hair looks like and are prepared to fix it.
I would suggest that you do not go to Michael’s of London or ask for a guarantee that if you are satisfied they will re-do it.
I will admit I not contacted them about this as personally I do not want them to touch my hair
