They offered me an appointment with a student and failed to mention that I wouldn’t be able to claim through insurance. Only told me after when I went to pay, and had the nerve to tell me she mentioned it on the phone. I never would’ve booked the appointment. Absolutely unacceptable.
I’m writing this review for Liva health Receptionist it’s not very nice person she shrewd she’s arrogant and her work ethic is very poorly towards client. That’s not how he should be when you’re talking to client. What client is explaining she doesn’t want to entertain it. Either is her way or no way.
Joanne and her entire team have been taking care of our family for years. We have always received excellent care that is both personal and professional. I would highly recommend them.
