Went of my way for years to support this small business and of course why not they had good staff, and good products. But after several years staff "change over" slowly they became very less responsive. So much so they made me and my dog repeatedly wait for more than a half hour at a time (every Saturday while they chatted with a customer inside. This after going to the store as soon as it opened. I complained and they wouldn't let me go to the store again. I suppose they will take this down. I suppose i would spend two hundred bucks here every month or so (maybe more) i guess that wasn't enough. The owner or manager have no concept of community I recommend you do not give these people business they don't deserve it.

We have been using Woofur for grooming and daycare more than 10 years for my cute lovely Samoyed, and he was once selected to be Woofur's face page for adv. Now he is old, need a bit special attention when grooming, but Woofur has no time for him. When we were trying to book a time to groom last week (22nd of Oct, 2021), were told no time this year and possible no time in January 2022 as well. What a sad news for our samoyed! He has been used to them, and he would wonder why I cannot be groomed at Woofur any more! Michelle called back, left a message simple asked us to call back with no solution as well. It is kind of discrimination against old dogs. Of course, their business is growing rapidly with all new and young dogs supporting them! If given a choice, I would start with a groomer who is more a loving dog person than just business!

Absolutely outstanding service - above and beyond. I ordered a gift card for a friend with pets, in great need. Wooftown were kind + patient with my questions, and went out of their way to ensure the delivery would be speedy (they did not have to do that). They also supplied some extras to this friend in need for her cat + dog - which is appreciated more than words! If I lived in the GTA, Wooftown would be my #1 choice for my pets! THANK YOU! 5 - Stars!! πŸŒŸπŸŒŸπŸŒŸπŸŒŸπŸŒŸπŸ‘πŸ˜€πŸΎπŸ’–

This place is such a joke to the point where this happened years ago and still sticks with me. After years working in the animal care field and graduating with distinction as a vet assistant I applied for a part time job here. It was below my qualifications but I worked at the nearby spca and thought it would be a fun job working with dogs. I had a phone interview with a very friendly man who asked me relevant questions about my experience and skills but it couldn't have prepared me for the disaster of an in person interview I had with the woman who I assume is the owner. First of all most of her questions were illegal and irrelevant, she was asking about whether I rented or owned my home, if I lived with my boyfriend, just super odd stuff. Then brought me into the dog daycare room where the dogs were just roaming around freely in a room void of any real enrichment. She the proceeded to just point at different dogs asking me what breed they were. "What's that dog?" "Uh looks like a Maltese maybe" "no it's a havanese." That's it. That was the interview. Weirdest thing ever. It finished with her having me leash a dog and walk it in and out of the plaza they were located in, which by the way was not suitable for a boarding facility. No grass or anything for them to play in, just a parking lot. I left feeling so uncomfortable like did that really just happen? Blocked their number on my way out the door. I wouldn't want to work there or bring my pet there.

I like woofur. I trust them. My dogs seem happy there and the grooming is usually perfect. My one dog has had some chafing on occasion, but I suspect that's to be expected with hand stripping. Michelle is a spirited personality, for sure, but she definitely believes in what she's doing. Perhaps she comes across as arrogant, but truthfully, she's just ultra passionate. Doug, Zuleika, all the others who work there are friendly, professional, cordial, and accommodating. When there was a sudden death in my family recently, and my dogs were at the daycare that day, I called and asked if they could be boarded for a couple of nights. Without hesitation, they made accommodations for my two dogs. I appreciate them and their work very much. The cost isn't much different than other places, and I like their facility. I'm looking forward to their new facility opening soon, with an outdoor play area. There may be some negative reviews here, but that place is always hopping with clients. A few bad experiences with some people doesn't necessarily represent most others.

Horrible. 80 dollars for a rushed grooming survive. Certain areas weren't even. One foot wasn't even groomed at all (see picture) will never go back here.

STOP & READ ALL THE NEGATIVE AND BAD REVIEWS BEFORE BRINGING YOUR PET/FAMILY MEMBER HERE, They are all true! DO NOT BRING YOUR PET/S HERE under any circumstances! Brought one of my dogs here for service & left with my dog hurt & LIMPING on his back legs. I Immediately notified the owner, Doug and the only answer he could give me was that he "reviewed" the video footage and that nothing showed it was caused by them. NO sincere Apology or service recover extended to me! ALSO, my pet got an major Ear Infection that my Vet confirmed was caused by them. I came by to show my medical bill expenses that ran several hundred dollars to include notes and again, NO apology or anything offered! I have spent hundreds, if not, thousands of dollars here with 3 of my dogs. DID NOT feel valued as a customer! Did not feel understood! They are unprofessional! Both Doug & Michelle are only in it for the money and do not care about what happened to your pet once you pay them. Your customers in the community are your bread and butter and you undervalue all our business and for all these issues, YOU LOST MY TRUST & BUSINESS!

These guys are great. Super knowledgeable and passionate about animals. They have excellent products I can't find elsewhere. Anyone who left a overly negative is being totally unreasonable.

If you love your dog, please DO NOT BRING YOUR PET TO WOOFUR. They slit open his stomach with a slicker brush. How hard were you brushing? And when I brought it to their attention, they offered me a 10% discount on the next groom. WHat???? How about you just dont cut my baby? I found them to be more physically and verbally aggressive than I care for. It is not my choice of communication with my dog and I will not tolerate it from others either, especially someone claiming to be a professional.

Woofur's team has been beyond amazing. When my dog is diagnosed with terminal cancer, they didn't discriminate him from attending daycare like the other daycare my dog went to, instead they took extra care of him so that he can still enjoy his social life with his buddies. Furthermore the support my family recieved is huge, from emotional support to research done for my dog to help find the best medical practitioner, supplements, and alternative treatments. Thank you Woofur and staffs.
