Love the pricing and amazing service. Everyone was so nice and this Christmas set is adorable. Also this new bear nail is so cute I just got recently! I would recommend to my friends and they all love the people there and prices. Hope this helped you’ll!🫶🏻

I appreciate the hard work of the nail technicians during my recent visit. However, I did experience some delays that could be addressed for a better customer experience. As a walk-in, my bio-gel manicure took about two hours to complete, which was longer than I anticipated, tgen l ever hadparticularly as one technician had to leave midway due to not meeting a customer request that was not unreasonable through the service. I think that updating the equipment could greatly enhance efficiency in the salon.
Additionally, while I understand the need for pricing structures, the $5 charge for every two nails for design feels a bit high. Clear communication regarding wait times and pricing could help set expectations for customers and improve overall satisfaction. Thank you for considering this feedback!
