Overall my experience was good. The nurse Elisabeth and the staff are very friendly. All my questions were answered.The only issue I have that the forehead wrinkle for which I went is still there, waiting for my follow-up visit to see if it will go away .

I am very disappointed. Almost no effect forehead vertical wrinkles. I payed 500$ for Botox, and after for touch ups I had to pay as well. When I went for follow up visit with the forehead very deep wrinkle which didn't disappear I was told that nothing need to be done and your forehead has not wrinkle,just the line. But I still can wrinkle the same way as I was before.The horizontals wrinkles are good. I have the feeling diluted Botox is injected. The staff is very polite, nice, doctor who talked to me was very good as well. But I paid for the effect I wanted to reach. I understand that line will not go away but I want not to be able to wrinkle my forehead.

I chose this clinic because I was under the impression it was a physician led medical clinic with highly trained professionals, and I never minded paying a premium for that level of care.
My recent experience was extremely traumatic. I went to the Richmond Hill location for Botox and filler with Giselle Pineda. My Botox results were asymmetrical, and the filler procedure was unusually painful and felt rushed. I was not asked to stay for observation afterward, and I began bleeding from the injection site shortly after leaving.
The next day, I woke up and half of my face was blue and numb. I went back and was told that I was experiencing a vascular occlusion a serious filler complication. They started dissolving it and after a while sent me home. The next day I was in excruciating pain could barely talk or eat. For the following week after I was sent to multiple locations (from Richmond Hill, to Barrie, Ajax and eventually Mississauga) was given conflicting information from different staff members, and could not get an in person assessment from a Physician despite the severity of the situation. I only saw a Nurse Practitioner once. After that Everything was done over Zoom…
Eventually, after pretty much losing it on the staff at Ajax, a physician came out of her mat leave and saw me in Missisauga. I found it concerning that a medical clinic handling injectable treatments did not have immediate physician support available for a complication of this nature. I had to rush to the emergency room to get an ultrasound and luckily everything was ok.
The clinic eventually offered a refund, it was conditional upon signing a waiver limiting my legal rights.
This was the most traumatic cosmetic experience I have had in over 15 years of receiving injectables. Moving forward, I will only get treatment from clinics where a Plastic, Surgeon or a Dermatologist, is directly involved and readily available to manage complications. I filed a complaint with the Nurses College and they found the situation concerning enough to start the investigation. Based on my experience I would not return

Today I received a thorough consultation regarding laser and Botox . I am happy with the treatment and results. I visit this location as a regular client and am always treated professionally and with great results. They take the time to ensure you leave feeling confident and rejuvenated.

Amazing customer service and easy to book! Since It’s my time getting sculptra injection, i got nervous and hesitated, and nurses explained how the procedures going and what to expect. They also confirmed with doctor if i can get based on medical history!

I recently visited Skin Vitality twice now and had a fantastic experience both times. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming right from the start. Nurse Yasmeen, in particular, was exceptional. She was gentle and patient, which made me feel at ease, especially compared to my previous experiences at other offices. I highly recommend Skin Vitality for anyone looking for a caring and professional skincare experience!

She took the time to explain everything, gave me genuine compliments, and offered honest, thoughtful advice about what I actually needed. I never felt rushed or pressured. Update: I’ve continued seeing Nurse Elizabeth and my results have been consistently amazing. Her attention to detail and conservative, natural approach truly set her apart. I trust her completely and wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Very much business and profit oriented. Not big on customer satisfaction. Appointments are easy to get. Hair PRP and Morpheus 8 is good.
