I am so grateful to Farzad for thoroughly testing a home I was about to buy in Etobicoke. I know something about electromagnetic fields and wireless radiation but I don't have anywhere near the knowledge and testing equipment Farzad can provide. I saved a huge amount of money cancelling the sale, with the knowledge that a cell tower two blocks away from the house would have bombarded my family with extreme levels of radiation based on Farzad's readings. I would have had to spend a great deal of money shielding the house from this exposure, but then would not feel comfortable enjoying the large grassy backyard which would still be radiated from the cell tower.... read full review
